Applicants that have PCT applications pending before the International Bureau of WIPO and have time limits looming or are being hindered from attending to certain actions because of restrictions can note the “Interpretative statement and Recommended PCT Practice Changes in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic” signed by WIPO Director General Francis Gurry and published on April 9, 2020.
PCT applicants can monitor their files and receive notices online via the ePCT portal. Please see the guide by clicking here. You will need to create a WIPO Account first.
