Guidelines for national/stakeholder consultations
Consultations are open to the public and/or directed to specific stakeholder groups depending on the particular intellectual property area. This website is the primary vehicle for soliciting feedback on changes to legislation, regulations, practices and operational issues. Which will be posted here.
The Trinidad and Tobago Intellectual Property Office (TTIPO) may:
- Provide contact information for comments and general enquiries in each specific notice.
- Advise stakeholders of opportunities to review planned changes to practice or provide input on potential legislative and regulatory changes where necessary via email.
- Accept written comments received by email, consultations@ipo.gov.tt, within the posted time period.
- Post webinars of ongoing and prior consultations, which can be accessed by clicking here. Our relevant studies section can also be accessed for more information.
